But wanting to cover even more our customers in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our everyday markets, we offer the possibility of returning defective products. In particular where the defective product is found to have proven to be defective, the customer reserves the right to return it either by replacing the product (at our own expense) or by returning the money.

The consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw if he / she has made remote purchases without mentioning the reasons and with the sole charge of returning the product. The supplier for his part must return the money, including shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of the day on which he was informed by the consumer that he is withdrawing.


Here are the terms and ways of returning defective products:

1.  The date of receipt of the order with the date of submission of the refund application shall not exceed 7 calendar days

3.  In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt (either photocopy thereof) or sales invoice.

Return Non-Defective Products

The customer reserves the right to return non-defective products within 14 days in cases where the company has mistakenly mistaken the products and the quantities that have been shipped do not match the order placed by the customer and is confirmed by the " "Reference number of each order.

Here are the terms and ways of returning non-defective products:

3.  The product has not been opened or used and is in its original (factory) condition to which it has been delivered to you and included in its original packagingOnce it has been received, its status will be checked and if it does not meet the above conditions, refund will not be accepted. The final decision on the condition of the product belongs to our company.
4.  In any case, the product to be returned must be accompanied by the corresponding sales receipt (proof of retail / invoice or photocopy) or photocopy thereof.

In the event of a refund, the amount of the product (s) plus the shipping and return costs paid by the customer will be deposited in the client's (or credit card) account.

*** Product returns only with the courier companies (Speedex - ELTA COURIER - ACS). If a defective product is sent with another courier the product to be replaced will be shipped with the courier returned by the customer the product with a debit card, without any information. If a non-defective product is returned to another non-affiliated courier company, it will not be omitted.
